    How to get a refund on your game/cd key purchase? IN MOST CASES IT MAY BE POSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND ONLY IF YOU HAVE NOT USED THE KEY 1. Contact customer support on the merchant page where you purchased your game/cd key. (the contact/support page is usually located at the very top or very bottom of the homepage) 2. Make sure to gather all possible data regarding your purchase that customer support may need.
    • Order ID
    • Order number (Transaction Number)
    • Transaction Date
    • Payment Method
      3. Chat with them to know their policy on refunds (usually if you use the key you can’t get a refund).* *Please note that not all merchants accept to refund especially if no mistake was made by the merchant himself. 4.
